The council members of
the department are the "overseers" of everything that goes on
within the department. They are there to look after the best
interest of the department as a whole and it's members. Each
company is assigned 2 council members to report to and look

up to for guidance when
making decisions. The council members as well as the chiefs are the ones
that vote on all major decision making issues brought before them. They
also deal with issues that concern Personnel and private matters
